VENDOR INFORMATION & REGISTRATION

Location: All vendor booths will be located outside this year. Inside KCAAH will be used as a cooling station.
Set-up: 8:00am - 9:30am
Vendors can drive to your spot to unload during set up time. After 9:30 no cars (other than food trucks) will be allowed on the street. Volunteers will be available to assist on a first come first served basis. Parking is available in the KCAAH parking lot, but you will not be allowed to bring items from the parking lot through the building.
Food Vendors: You must have a valid permit from the Health Department and liability insurance. Food trucks are welcome.
Power & Equipment:
Access to electrical outlets is available on a 1st come 1st served basis.
Vendors are allowed a 10'x10' space and are encouraged to bring a canopy/tent no larger than that space. Vendors may purchase an additional 10'x10' space.
Vendors are responsible for their own set-up, but the Festival can provide 1 Table and 2 chairs at a cost of $10.
Fees: $60 Business/ Sales of any kind. Fee includes a mandatory $20 Metro Louisville vendor fee.
